Meet Abby!

This adorable young adult medium sized Aussie mix ended up at a local shelter and was struggling to cope with shelter life. She has been with us just a few days but has already shown us some great improvements in behavior. Don’t get us wrong, she is still a weirdo and needs a herding breed savvy owner who understands the quirk she brings along. She is working on crate and house training. She is very interactive with adults and so far quite social in general. She struggles with body handling and restraint with strangers but allows all the things from her “person”. She has met dogs, cats, and goats and has done well too! No children for this girl. Her new family will need to be ready for this smart and quirky lady and be committed to training and keeping her mind and body active and learning!
