Koda

Koda is a 9 month old pittie who landed in a local animal control when his owners received military orders out of the country. Koda has only known family life so shelter living has not been easy for him. He was scared and confused, and probably missing his family. Throughout our time getting to know Koda, we have discovered that he will do best as an only fur child. He will likely be able have dog friends that he can socialize with (as you see in some of his photos) while in controlled settings, however, full-time he prefers to be solo. He is a very loving dog. Give him a toy and he puts on a really silly show, likely while destuffing it. He’s a good mix of activity and couch potatoe. He has great house manners and is adjusting to crate training very well. We know his family is out there looking for him!
